My practice style is very eclectic..but I mostly use Cognitive Behaivoral Therapy. I have a lot of experience with over 26yrs of Out Pt. Therapy. I see a lot of different age groups. My motto is 15-80! I truly love doing what I do and my goal is to help you get to yours! .
I have 2 offices The first one is in Patterson, NY. I am there Mon though Thurs, 10-8. The other office in in Hartsdale, NY. It is a very nice suite, with a waiting room. I am there Friday from 10- 8 and Saturday I am there from 10 - 5!!!
