I believe everyone needs help through situations from time to time. I love working with people of all ages and I work well helping others help themselves. I assist people in working from a state of dis-ease to a state of ease in coping with life's situations.
I work with families, children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I am trained to listen and help people feel heard. I teach an Adult Language to assist clients to be responsible for their own feelings, thoughts and behaviors. I enjoy teaching parenting to help families develop.
My hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays. 1PM-7PM by appointments only. Allow 24 hours or more for a return call as I am frequently in sessions with my clients. I accept most Insurances. Due to a variety of services I offer, costs may vary. Refer to your Insurance and co-pays for an explanation.
