About
"Just when the caterpillar thought their world was over, it became a butterfly". I know transformation is often painful, but you are not falling apart. Like that caterpillar, you are transforming into something more beautiful! In my experience as a therapist, I have learned that others want to be heard, listened to, be emotionally validated and have someone to talk to through the transformation. I will listen to your needs and concerns then help you to build upon your strengths in order to achieve your mental health goals in a safe and judgment free space. You deserve to feel and be the best version of yourself!
I am passionate about helping people overcome life stressors and trauma. I am trauma trained (EMDR and Trauma Informed Care I & II) and dedicated to helping people overcome difficult experiences and live the life that brings them joy.
We also offer Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS), which is an in home counselor whom works with children 5-21 on skill building (i.e., anger, communication, relationships, coping, following directions, boundaries, etc.). BHIS is a great addition to the therapy process for quicker improvements and family interaction! BHIS is an IA Medicaid service
