I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience serving women throughout Texas. I only counsel women as this is my ministry. My passion lies in helping women who feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, low motivation, self-doubt, depression, or the challenges of life transitions. I believe every woman deserves a safe space where her voice is heard, her struggles are honored, and her strengths are brought to light. In our work together, you will find a therapeutic relationship rooted in respect, compassion, and sensitivity.

Our First Session We’ll begin with a brief introduction and talk about what led you to seek therapy at this time.
I specialize in helping women navigate challenges such as stress, anxiety, low motivation, self-esteem, confidence, co-dependency, self-love, self-compassion, self-awareness, depression, relationship struggles, body dysmorphia, and life transitions.
