Welcome! I believe that whatever you are struggling with you have within you everything that is needed to heal and thrive. Sometimes we just need a little guidance to reconnect with this inner wisdom and healing potential. We can work together to shift underlying patterns causing you distress, heal long-held wounds, and strengthen your inner resources in order to resolve whatever challenges you may be experiencing. I specialize in helping clients struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, past trauma, negative core-beliefs and other painful emotional experiences.
My approach to therapy is strength-based, relational and integrative, drawing from a variety of trauma-sensitive modalities to fit your unique needs and goals. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space where all of the parts of you are welcome and together we can be curious, compassionate and explorative as we work together to meet your goals.
I have specialized education and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic and mindfulness-based techniques and I find these to be the most helpful for guiding the process towards lasting healing and positive change.
