Welcome! I believe that whatever you are struggling with you have within you everything that is needed to heal and thrive. Sometimes we just need a little guidance to reconnect with this inner wisdom and healing potential. We can work together to shift underlying patterns causing distress, heal wounds, and strengthen inner resources in order to resolve whatever challenges you may be experiencing. I specialize in helping clients struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, low self-esteem and past trauma and I especially enjoy working with clients who have not found significant healing through traditional talk therapy.
My approach to therapy is strength-based, relational and integrative, drawing from a variety of trauma-sensitive modalities to fit your unique needs and goals. I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space where all of the parts of you are welcome and together we can be curios, compassionate and explorative as we work together to meet your goals.
I have specialized education and training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic and mindfulness-based techniques and I find these to be the most helpful for guiding the process towards lasting healing.
