I am here to listen and support you through challenges such as anxiety, depression and deep trauma. As a former spiritual growth mentor and childbirth mentor, I bring a holistic and compassionate perspective to my counseling work. I’m bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
I also have over 10 years of experience working with diverse families, children, and adolescents, as well as 3 years of experience supporting individuals with severe mental health challenges at the Utah State Hospital.
I believe any trauma can be healed and transformed into inner strength and wisdom. I integrate EMDR, Mindfulness, Sound Bath, Hypnotherapy, Breathwork, Somatic Therapy, Birth Trauma Healing, Spiritual Rebirth, Play and Art Therapy on mind, body and spirit levels. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in CMHC.
