Music therapy may benefit you if you are seeking an embodied and creative approach to strengthen your resources, build resilience, and bolster wellbeing. I work with teens and adults looking to improve their emotional and psychological health, and interested in engaging with music and music experiences to get there! In Vocal Psychotherapy, breath work and vocal experiences are shaped to offer space for self-exploration, nurturing, and healing.
I am a board-certified and licensed professional music therapist and Austin Vocal Psychotherapist. I have over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults to support their trauma recovery and improved emotional and psychological health and wellbeing.
Music is the medium for growth in music therapy, and all are welcome - there is no need for musical expertise or prior musical training! Please contact if you are interested in individual music therapy sessions or enrolling in a women's music therapy group.
