I worked for many years with a Christian psychiatrist, and now in my private practice, I continue to integrate clinical and faith-based counseling techniques to provide clients with solution-focused therapy solutions that brings positive growth and lasting change. I utilize CBT, EMDR trauma strategies, some DBT and Reality Therapy in my sessions.
