I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I received my master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, and my practice is guided by the belief that life experience—our struggles, transitions, and personal growth—plays a vital role in helping clients navigate their own challenges. I bring both clinical expertise and grounded, real-world understanding to the therapeutic relationship. I specialize in supporting clients through adverse life events, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or relational stress.
My integrative therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices, allowing me to tailor care to each client’s needs. I emphasize both insight and practical coping skills to promote lasting, meaningful change. For clients who desire it, I also offer a faith-based perspective.
