I have been working in the field of Social Work for over 15 years. I have over 10 years of Clinical experience counseling in a variety of roles including loss and grief, anxiety, foster care/adoption, trauma and other family services. I offer individual and family counseling and work with all ages.
Mental health is real and affects us all. It is not something we should be ashamed of, but rather embrace it as an important aspect of our health.
