If this is where you find yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you on that journey. I genuinely value the process of working with individuals who are seeking meaningful change—in their behaviors, relationships, and the way they navigate life’s challenges.
I work with adults 18 and older who are facing a variety of mental health challenges or life transitions, and I strive to create a space where they feel supported and understood. I also have a strong background in working with dual-diagnosis concerns, helping individuals navigate both mental health needs and substance use issues with compassion and care.
When I meet with clients, I aim to be warm, curious, and engaging as we explore together what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to change. Over time, we’ll work collaboratively to develop treatment goals and steps toward reaching them.
