Welcome! I offer talk therapy via virtual and in person sessions. Those that I work with are invested in making lasting changes to their emotional health. I work with clients to identify roadblocks and develop a plan for planting small seeds of change. I provide tools and practical solutions to manage daily symptoms. A typical session consists of delving into daily stressors, past challenges as well as coping mechanisms. My clients start to see positive changes to their emotional health within 6 months.
I have helped clients with concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma and abuse, complex grief, addictive behaviors, social isolation, sleep problems and dysfunctional eating. Additionally, I have worked with couple's on repairing their relationship and improving communication. Most people want to feel better, but may not know where to start.
