I have worked in a variety of settings: an inpatient psychiatric hospital, public schools, residential treatment, EAP and private practice. I can help you reach your potential!
I specialize in treating mood disorders, like anxiety and depression, in teenagers and adults. My work as an IOP (intensive outpatient program) coordinator for a major hospital equipped me to run effective therapeutic groups. I am also well-prepared to work with you individually.
I offer a creative approach to therapy through the use of evidence-based groups. My groups complement the work of medication to help you achieve optimal wellness.
