Parenting through worry, frustration, and exhaustion is overwhelming. Sleepless nights and burnout take a toll, and pushing through isn't making things better. I work with children and parents together to find practical solutions and create real change. My passion is helping dads build confidence, reduce anxiety, and strengthen bonds. Through play therapy for children and coaching for parents, families develop the tools they need to feel calm, connected, and confident. Whether you're dealing with behavioral challenges, intense emotions, or worry and frustration, we'll work to restore peace and strengthen your family connections.
I help children with who have anxiety, ADHD, intense emotions, social challenges, and low self confidence. I also help adults (especially dads) who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, high work stress, communication, kids behaviors, and intense emotions. I specialize in breaking the cycles that keep people stuck and creating new change, growth, success, and joy.
When things in our lives aren't working we all need and deserve help, relief, and support. Therapy is a brave step toward feeling less stuck and overwhelmed, and more empowered.
