Clients include individuals suffering from depression and anxiety. I have a specialty with women suffering from post partum depression. Clients also include those going through life transitions, parenting, work/life balance, illness, grief and loss. My environment is open and welcoming, where clients will feel heard and cared about.
The first session will be a "get to know you". Learn about the reason for coming to therapy, living situation, support system, and what is going well and what may not be working in their life in the present. All sessions will also include a safety and mental health screening assessment.
