I am excited to work with clients who are seeking to make changes in their life that are practical and realistic on a daily basis. I specialize in working with clients who have experienced extensive trauma (sexual abuse etc.), ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, race and gender issues, work related stress, divorce and separation.
Most of my clients can attest that my approach is kind, warm, gentle and supportive and collaborative. I also infuse trauma therapy, mindfulness, somatic healing, narrative therapy, CBT and Christian Counseling in sessions with those who request it.
Lastly, I make every effort to understand my clients' needs and to help them work through challenging situations. Seeing clients carve a pathway to healing, through consistent therapeutic support and treatment strategies brings me much joy. See you soon.
