About
When times are tough and the day-to-day feels like a struggle, it can be difficult to reach out for help. You may not know where to go or what to do to make things better. You may be telling yourself that you should be able to solve whatever you are dealing with on your own. The truth is sometimes everyone needs help. I will work with you on identifying what is troubling you, and will help guide you towards health and healing. You are not alone and you do not have to struggle. I'm here to help.
I'm a clinical psychologist providing counseling and evaluation/assessment services to children, teens, and adults. I offer therapy for individuals, couples and families. For the past thirteen years, I have been helping people work through relationship and family conflict, negative thought patterns and behaviors, substance abuse, depression and anxiety.
I find I am able to build rapport with my clients quickly and am comfortable working with people from many different walks of life, with different struggles. I am currently only accepting clients for VIDEO/TELEHEALTH appointments. I look forward to meeting you and assisting you in your journey towards health!
