About
I am not currently accepting new clients. Lets face it, if you're reading this you are struggling. Maybe you’re feeling depressed, anxious, or confused about a current life situation. Or you're thinking too much and getting overwhelmed by your emotions. Perhaps you're feeling uninspired, stuck, or lacking spark and creativity. You used to do things that nurtured you, but you've forgotten how. Life can be hard and sometimes you need extra support. Good for you for being brave and reaching out! I am here to help.
You know you deserve to be relaxed and happy, but don't know how to get there. I understand that. Together we will explore what’s getting in the way. Is it needing to learn about yourself or practice some new skills? Maybe its working through shame and giving yourself permission to do you. I'll give you the time, space, and support to find your way.
I use art, sandtray, and other creative approaches to support talk therapy. Yes we’ll talk, yes we’ll get creative. And if you'd prefer to just talk, that's ok too. Clients who work with me appreciate these offerings combined with my compassionate and down-to earth approach. If you’re ready to take the next step, please call. I can’t wait to meet you!
