As an Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years experience, I have worked extensively with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and mood disorders. I use several treatment approaches such as CBT/DBT which allow the client to explore their story and challenge their doubts. I also teach Mindfulness techniques.
We all struggle at times with feeling uncertain and sad but I also know that when a healthy therapeutic relationship develops great things can be imaged and accomplished.
