My intention is to create an environment where you feel supported as we explore the darker parts of your journey when you may have lost sight of the light. I would also love to celebrate with you as we find gems along the way.
My work focuses on those seeking support with trauma, anxiety, sadness, & decreased interest or motivation. Concentrations include (complex) trauma, those who find themselves feeling easily overwhelmed, or who may identify as highly sensitive.
