My ideal client is seeking help for trauma, depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I use mindfulness awareness practices, client-centered therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT) therapies. I utilize many different therapeutic approaches to tailor what treatment best fits my client's needs. I will work with individuals, families, and couples. I have an MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. I have post-graduate, specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment theory and PACT training. My work is intuitive, somatic based and informed by the neuroscience of psychology.
I also personally understand the issues of mild traumatic brain injury. I have had some clinical study with this condition as well. I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor 0000499 and Licensed Professional Counselor 0012337 in Colorado. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor, ACS-3302. I greatly enjoy supervising new therapists.
