I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist who provides children, adolescents and adults the opportunity to process difficult issues in a safe, gentle and caring environment. Establishing and maintaining a confidential, trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to my clients meeting their goals. I have worked successfully with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, women's issues, autism and more. I have extensive experience and training in Play Therapy, CBT, DBT and am EMDRIA trained for EMDR.
I work with clients, ages 4 and older, who present with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and stress, among other issues. As a RPT, I help clients identify, express and explore their feelings through play, art, and other modalities and help them learn coping skills for self regulation. I assist with parenting strategies for a calm and peaceful home.
