I’m so glad that you are here. My primary practice areas are anxiety and panic disorders, depression, phase of life and relationship issues, women’s issues, perinatal mental health and LGBTQ issues. I work with individuals of all genders over the age of 16. However, I am most passionate about working with women and the LGBTQ population.
I practice through a trauma-informed and gender-affirming lens and consider myself an eclectic therapist, borrowing techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and motivational interviewing.
I take a gentle, non-judgemental and person-centered approach, and I believe clients are the experts in their own lives. I look forward to working with you at your own pace.
