As an EMDR-trained therapist, I specialize in therapy for women who are seeking deeper healing beyond conventional talk therapy. My aim is to create a space where you feel seen and supported. Through the lens of curiosity and compassion, we will identify and resolve the core issues that keep you feeling stuck so you can thrive in life - not just survive.
