In life we can face many challenges, carry deep burdens, and simply get suck from past or present experiences. Pain, fear, confusion, disappointment, and hurt can cause us to feel hopeless and loss. I am passionate in holding hope, guiding those who are struggling, and being a safe place for individuals who have experienced traumas. I am driven and work with individuals trauma, childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.
My theoretical approach and focuses are client centered, solution focused using play therapy, therapeutic art processing, CBT, brain spotting and other modalities that pairs with individuals needs.
