We all struggle with our emotions at some point. Clients often come to me after major, life-changing events or transitions. Sometimes, their everyday lives are overwhelming or stressful. But sometimes they just need a safe space in which they can share. Anxiety and depression are very real concerns for most people, but when they keep us from moving forward, it can be very helpful to seek another perspective from someone outside of family or friends.
