As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through connection, compassion, safety and the courage to grow. In my practice, I walk alongside individuals as they navigate life challenges, find healing and empowerment, increase self-awareness, and learn to love and care for themselves in ways they haven't experienced before. Therapy is a space where individual can process and heal from past experiences, strengthen self-confidence and emotion regulation through coping skills, better appreciate and accept self, and build a satisfying and fulfilling life.
I work with adults and adolescents through virtual or in-person therapy. My primary modalities include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Our sessions will be engaging, interactive and client centered.
