I am a LPC with 10 years of experience providing mental health and substance use counseling. I am passionate about working with young adults, individuals who've experienced trauma, and those struggling with body image/self-esteem. I approach mental health holistically, incorporate EMDR and Brainspotting techniques, and am Internal Family Systems informed.
I believe that the effectiveness of therapy is largely determined by the quality of the relationship between you and your therapist. I approach therapy from a place of authenticity, transparency, and compassion. I hope to build a relationship through which you can feel both safe and supported, but also challenged to fully embrace yourself and your goals.
