My primary approach is Cognitive Behavior Therapy, (CBT). CBT challenges irrational beliefs that leads to distress and self-defeating behaviors. My approach is quite direct. We will focus on where you are now and what it takes to help you achieve your goals. My primary objective is to help you to see that you are on a journey filled with hope for tomorrow!
Being a highly personable counselor, my approach is both nurturing and empathetic but at the same time, direct and challenging you to challenge yourself, a CBT approach.
