I enjoy helping everyone whom I see; however, I especially enjoy working with those looking for help healing from trauma (I use EMDR), older teens who are looking to "find their way," adults facing career and relationship changes, and those struggling with grief and loss. I specialize in using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help those recovering from trauma, helping young adults navigate life, adults adjusting to career and relationship changes, and those coping with grief. I guide clients to live more authentically.
