About
Deciding to seek support for your mental health needs can be one of the most empowering decisions you make. It can also be a challenging one- figuring out what steps to take or what to look for in a therapist. I’ve had the opportunity to support children, adolescents, and families of different backgrounds and I serve a client base with diverse mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD.
My work is client-centered and trauma-informed, as well as mindful of cultural and intersectional factors. My training is within a cognitive-behavioral therapy framework, and I work collaboratively with clients using evidence-based practices that best fit their specific needs.
It is my pleasure to support clients in this process and work collaboratively toward their goals and wellbeing. I believe that beginning the therapeutic process can open a door of hope that leads to intentional and long-lasting change. I hope to provide a supportive space to begin this journey at your own pace and comfort level.
