It gives us the ability to believe that things can and will get better, in order for us to take steps toward change. Counseling can be a powerful tool to help you find hope and healing.
I have worked with adolescents the majority of my life, and have been married for over 30 years. Additionally, I have had the privilege to raise 4 amazing children. I work primarily with women of all ages and experiences. I also offer premarital and marital counseling. I have been trained (2020) in EMDR therapy and work with trauma and first responders.
