I offer telehealth therapy (video/phone) only for local and international clients with busy schedules. I treat clients dealing with career/life transitions. Many behaviors can't be controlled through rational thought but emerge based on prior conditioning from the environment and other external and internal stimuli. I help clients to be "problem-focused" and "action-oriented." I also help them select specific strategies to address their problems and achieve personal and professional goals by unlocking their full potential.
I provide facilitation to help clients view obstacles in their lives as opportunities and to make the decision(s) to be free of their emotional pain bodies. The therapeutic process used helps clients to develop insight as a coping tool and allows them to be more present in their reactions to negative issues.
