I have over 8 years of experience working with children and adolescents. I believe honest and open communication is important in having a successful outcome. With the use of evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family therapy, I assist children who struggle with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Behavioral Issues. This Trauma- informed approach helps children with Anger Management, Interpersonal Relationships, Family Issues and developing their identity.
