Within a caring environment, we work together to identify and explore issues that get in the way of more rewarding experiences in life. Utilizing strategies best suited for you, we develop ways to move you beyond those roadblocks and toward the path of greater fulfillment.
Journey Well, LLC counselors address emotional, mental, behavioral and relational challenges through a trauma-informed and inclusive approach. Two of our counselors are also trained in EMDR.
