All About Boundaries!

We will be hosting a girls group session ALL ABOUT BOUNDARIES! In this four week session, teens girls will gain insight on the importance of boundaries, how to establish boundaries, and how to maintain boundaries. Whether it is from navigating friendships, relationships, and family dynamics to school and work, boundaries are an essential component of our well-being. We hope to empower young women to foster healthy relationships, nurture self-worth, and confidence. Girls will get the opportunity to share, learn, and grow together in a supportive environment among their peers. Each group will have four separate 45 minute sessions with 4 to 6 girls.
