Has it become harder to get out of bed and find joy, peace, and happiness throughout your daily routine and relationships? Have you noticed that the past negative experiences or trauma you have endured is controlling your present life? In times of trouble, how do you cope? Depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationships can cause us to experience many different emotions on a daily basis. Each day those emotions can leave us feeling very empty and alone which can then lead us to coping in ways that prevent us from being the best versions of ourselves.
I love working with adults and helping them create new ways of thinking and coping with life. I take a mindfulness approach to therapy to help adults learn new skills to live in the moment, so they can have more control over their thoughts and emotions and have healthier interactions with others.
By taking a collaborative approach, I help individuals identify the areas in their life that are holding them back from experiencing true joy, peace, and happiness. It is my hope and goal that you feel safe and comfortable enough to be open and vulnerable during session so you can heal, grow, learn and move forward in life to make new experiences.
