I am so proud of you for making a step towards your recovery. It’s a step in the right direction. Life in general is challenging and many life issues come as obstacles in our way. Guess what? I have worked with children, adolescents and adults in individual, family, and group settings. I have counseled individuals with various mental health diagnoses to include schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bi-polar disorder, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and other disorders.
Though I primarily use a person centered and CBT approach to treatment, other counseling techniques, including Christian based therapy, are incorporated based on your individual need. I am culturally sensitive, trauma informed, and have your best interests at heart. My door is wide open when you are ready. I hope to see you soon!
