It is not easy finding the courage to address the things that have impacted your relationships and prevented you from establishing and maintaining real intimacy. At Journey From Within, LLC, we want to help you navigate from the inside out and build a solid foundation that inspires, encourages, and supports each individual. So often, we are unaware of how our upbringing affects our current relationships. We want to assist you with learning to thrive in your relationships and not merely survive one individual, couple, and family at a time.
At Journey From Within, our specialty is helping Blended (Step) Families learn how to thrive in their relationship and not merely survive. Blending two families is not always easy. But, when individuals decide to join together, the concept of family changes; we are here to help you make meaning of your collective experiences while learning to blend.
At JFW, our objective is to help decrease the divorce rate one family at a time. Blending is not easy and it takes willingness, open-mindedness, and a desire never to give up. However, when couples learn effective ways of communicating their needs, it creates an environment where individuals are more interested in understanding than being understood.
