My primary focus is LGTBQIA+ youth. I also support individuals, couples and families who are in need of support during difficult times. Teens, elders, young children and adults have the ability to address trauma, life transitions, sexuality/gender issues, relationships and more. I want you to feel empowered and validated.
I'm all about collaboration and support- I provide validation and encourage accountability because I believe that you already have the resources needed to create change inside you.
