Peace I'm excited and honored to be able to offer life coaching and wellness services. Self- care coaching is for the individual that has no time, stressed, exhausted and experiencing burnout! Together we take the time to rediscover what self-care is specifically for you and create a routine that promotes balance, relaxation, new boundaries and allows you to feel whole again. I offer New Journe or new direction coaching for the individual who feels like they are at a standstill in life as well as confidence coaching to get you out of your own way on promote you to a better version of yourself!
I offer a self-care, confidence, and New Journe coaching. My coaching style includes holistic modalities such as meditation and mindfulness. I also offer Thai Body Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Sound Healing, Chakra Balancing and Meditation through Sankofa Yoga & Wellness in Laurel, Maryland.
