Others may be dealing with the effects of perfectionism, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, or feelings of hopelessness.
I find that many of my clients are navigating an ADHD diagnosis and seek help with time management, boundary setting, impulsivity, procrastination, and task initiation. Whatever you are carrying, we can work together to figure out the strategies and tools that are right for you. I offer individual and couples therapy to address your concerns.
