About
As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I value the perspectives, stories, and experiences of our diverse cultures which have taught me the power of connection and human resiliency. I have experience working with a wide array of clients including children, women, recent immigrants, and sexual assault survivors. I also really enjoy working with teenagers and have been doing so for many years in a school setting. The majority of my experience has been supporting individuals who are struggling with relationships, self-esteem, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My approach to therapy is creating a safe environment for a trusting and authentic relationship. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide the space needed to work together and explore solutions to the issues you are experiencing.
The first step in that process is our initial meeting, where it is important that you feel safe and heard so that you can decide if I am someone with whom you can build a trusting relationship.
