I focus my work on increasing life satisfaction, self-compassion, and the number and quality of relationships in your life. As a biraciaI Latino, I've struggled with navigating identity, sense of belonging, internalized racism, and self-worth, and I am passionate about working with others who have experienced the same things. My goal is providing competent, insight-focused therapy with an emphasis on self-compassion and improving the relationship with the self. I utilize a collaborative approach to help you be better equipped to help yourself.
My specialty areas include working with issues or questions around identity, self-worth, social satisfaction, sense of belonging, and navigating major life transitions or experiences. I offer individual and couple's therapy to help navigate a variety of stressors and concerns.
