| Español Accepting New Clients in-person and via telehealth! Deciding to start therapy and committing to find the right therapist for yourself is extremely brave. It doesn't always start out easily and smoothly, so please lean on me to guide you through the process. My client-centered approach is humanistic and includes interventions and therapies such as: mindfulness, art therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-based activities, and more.
Some of my specialty populations are the Latinx/Latine population, first-generation, LGBTQIA+ community, and girls/women from ages 12-99. I am open to working with populations outside of these and hope to be a safe space for you. Finding a therapist you are comfortable is key in your healing and I am here to help in that process.
