At Reedy-Kay and Associates we are a small but mighty group practice of 6 clinicians who specialize in EMDR therapy for trauma. We also specialize in supporting ALL parents and parents-to-be so that they can be the best version of themselves. We are often unintentionally carrying our unprocessed traumas and behavioral patterns into parenting and relationship dynamics in general! We are here to help you find confidence and healing. We will build on our extensive advanced professional trainings in EMDR, IFS and ACT to help you grow into the person you want to be.
In addition to finding healing from old trauma, we help support parents through all of the complications that can impact parenthood. This can include but isn't limited to: infertility, depression and anxiety, birth trauma, NICU experiences, stillbirth and child loss and the transitions and shifts that are constantly occurring as our children grow up.
We will build an environment of trust and collaboration together. Expect in our work together to receive unending compassion and also to be pushed to work really hard. We will focus on skills to relieve current distress and confidence first then move toward resolving underlying traumas and attachment wounds. With support, you can heal!
