Hello! My name is Joslyn Curley, LPC-Supervisor. I have about 15 years experience in the mental health private practice field. I provide treatment for individuals and families from adolescents to adults utilizing CBT or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with those who are experiencing trauma, emotional disturbance, depression, anxiety, grief, and/or other overwhelming life challenges.
A typical session with me consists of getting to know the core of your concerns, restructuring any negative thoughts or behaviors, and developing a treatment diagnosis designed to meet and measure intent goals for progress. Success is then measured by consistent feedback of client self-rapport and behavior modification.
