You're someone others rely on — capable and accomplished — but internally stuck in patterns you can't fully explain. Or perhaps you're a woman who feels hijacked by her own hormones, reactive and unlike herself in ways she can't control. Or a parent watching your teenager disappear into a digital world that leaves them anxious, depleted, and disconnected from what actually matters. Many of my clients have tried prior therapy and still feel something isn't shifting. That is exactly where this work begins.
I offer depth-oriented individual, couples, and family therapy for adults, adolescents, and college students. Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, women's mental health (PMDD, postpartum, perimenopause), compulsive sexual behavior, infidelity, betrayal trauma, ADHD, and autism spectrum.
You may be used to holding everything together while feeling overwhelmed underneath. Therapy offers a space to slow down, think clearly, and understand yourself more deeply — held in the strictest confidence.
