I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, mood dysregulation, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and the effects of trauma. These challenges can impact emotional functioning, self-perception, and relationships. In addition to individual therapy, I provide family therapy to help improve communication, strengthen relationships, and build a more connected home environment.I also implement adolescent process groups and parent support groups, creating space for connection and shared understanding. My goal is to offer a space where you can be real, feel understood, and speak openly without judgment
Therapy with me is real and practical. We’ll talk honestly about what’s going on, identify patterns, and build tools you can use outside of session. I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT and DBT, but therapy won’t feel like a lecture — it will feel relevant to your life. I’ll support you while also gently challenging you to grow.
