I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works individuals who struggle anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I also specialize in helping people improve attention and procrastination, including those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and learning differences. I provide both in-person and telehealth therapy, screening evaluations, and consultation. I also provide goal-oriented coaching aimed at keeping clients motivated, organized, and focused.
Right now it may be hard to combat all of the stressors you are experiencing with the things that had worked for you in the past. You might be feeling too overwhelmed or uncertain about how to feel better. Therapy can be a great resource to arm you with more tools for coping and help bring you relief from all the stress.
Now more than ever, it is necessary to stay connected and include self-care in your routine. If you are need of support and would like to schedule an appointment, please give me a call at (916) 580-5130 or visit my website at drjosinamoak.com
